What we collect
The contact form collects the name, email address, and message you submit. It is transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker and delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider. We use it solely to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Our hosting provider, Fly.io, keeps standard server access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for operations and security. Page typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
Retention and processors
Contact correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and our business records, then deleted. The processors that touch site data are Cloudflare (form transport), Resend (email delivery), Fly.io (hosting), and Google Fonts (font delivery), each under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to GENOMA Labs at contact@genoma-labs.com. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA the same way; we honor such requests without discrimination. This site is not directed to children under 13. If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date.
